        "content": "<p>Astra has won awards in human resources management at the HR Asia\nBest Companies To Work For In Asia 2026 event. At the awards ceremony\nheld on Friday (5\/6\/2026), Astra, along with several Astra Group\ncompanies, successfully secured multiple accolades simultaneously. At\nthe event, Astra won the main award, HR Asia Best Companies To Work For\nIn Asia 2026. In addition, the company also received the HR Asia People\nTransformation Awards 2026 and the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards\n2026. Not only Astra, a number of entities under the Astra Group also\nreceived similar awards. These include Toyota Astra Motor, FIFGROUP,\nAstra Credit Companies, Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, and United\nTractors. HR Asia gives awards to companies in Asia that are considered\nto consistently implement best HR practices, build employee engagement,\nand create a positive and sustainable work environment. The event\ninvolved approximately 2.5 million respondents and 20,000 companies from\nvarious Asian countries. As many as 20 percent of participants came from\ncompanies listed in the Fortune Global 500 Companies. Astra\u2019s Chief of\nCorporate Human Capital Development, Matilda Esther Rotinsulu, said the\naward serves as motivation for the company to continue providing a work\nenvironment that supports employee development. \u201cWe interpret this award\nas encouragement to continue providing a work environment that supports\nevery Astra individual in developing their best potential,\u201d she said.\nThe award is part of Astra\u2019s journey in building HR quality as the\ncompany approaches its seventh decade. Astra is currently supported by\n322 subsidiaries and more than 190,000 employees. In an effort to\nstrengthen diversity and inclusion in the work environment, Astra runs a\nnumber of programmes. One of these is the Astra Women\u2019s community, which\nserves as a platform for collaboration, development, and learning for\nfemale employees within the Astra Group.
