        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Astra Otoparts Tbk is distributing a cash\ndividend worth Rp1.1 trillion or Rp229 per share from the net profit for\nthe 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp2.2 trillion, based on the decision\nof the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).<\/p>\n<p>The dividend consists of an interim dividend of Rp284.36 billion or\nRp29 per share, which has been paid on 24 October 2025. Subsequently,\nthe final dividend of Rp819.35 billion or Rp170 per share, which will be\npaid on 15 May 2026 to shareholders recorded as of 4 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe remaining undistributed net profit is recorded as retained\nearnings,\u201d said Division Head of Corporate Communication &amp; Investor\nRelations of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, Wisnu Wijaya, in a written statement\nin Jakarta on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The company also conducted a reshuffle of its board of directors and\ncommissioners to align with organisational needs and future business\nstrategies.<\/p>\n<p>The reshuffle includes, among others, the resignation of Hamdani\nDzulkarnaen S. as President Director and Gidion Hasan as President\nCommissioner.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders approved the appointment of Yusak Kristian Solaeman as\nthe new President Director and Thomas Junaidi Alim W. as the new\nPresident Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Gidion Hasan, who resigned from his previous position, now\nserves as a Commissioner based on the AGMS decision.<\/p>\n<p>With these changes, the current composition of the company\u2019s\nmanagement is as follows:<\/p>",
