Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero), or\nAskrindo, is involving volunteers in community empowerment activities\nthrough the 2026 BUMN Bakti Volunteer Programme in several regions.<\/p>\n
Askrindo is organising activities in Langowan, North Sulawesi, and is\nalso deploying volunteers to South Lampung and Ruteng, East Nusa\nTenggara.<\/p>\n
Askrindo\u2019s Director of Compliance, HR & Risk Management, R.\nMahelan Prabantarikso, stated in a written statement in Jakarta on\nTuesday that direct involvement in these regions allows the company to\nobserve community needs more concretely.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen we are among the community, we see directly that their needs\nare simple, yet often very fundamental,\u201d said Mahelan.<\/p>\n
According to him, the company\u2019s involvement in the programme consists\nnot only of activity coordination but also direct participation\nalongside volunteers and the community.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe do not want this to end merely as programme coordination. In the\nfield, we participate, learn, and see firsthand how this collaboration\ncan function and deliver an impact, however simple it may be,\u201d he\nadded.<\/p>\n
In addition to Langowan, Askrindo is participating in the 2026 BUMN\nBakti Volunteer Programme by sending selected volunteers to South\nLampung and Ruteng, East Nusa Tenggara.<\/p>\n
The BUMN Bakti Volunteer Programme is an annual initiative by the\nMinistry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) involving 110 volunteers from\n21 SOEs across 11 locations throughout Indonesia.<\/p>\n
These activities are being carried out simultaneously from 16\u201319\nAugust 2026 as part of the celebrations for the 81st Anniversary of the\nIndependence of the Republic of Indonesia.<\/p>\n
