        "content": "<p>Asian corn stock falling<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuters): Argentine corn may have a chance to head<br>\nfor Southeast Asia, where corn stocks seem to be falling, traders<br>\nsaid yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We heard the current corn harvest in Indonesia is not very<br>\ngood. Indonesia has stopped exporting and it doesn&apos;t look like it<br>\nwill export soon,&quot; said one Singapore-based trader.<\/p>\n<p>Corn stocks have started to fall in Malaysia because of the<br>\nlack of supplies from Indonesia and traders said they expected<br>\nimports from Indonesia to resume only in August.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;At the same time, China is slowing down corn exports to<br>\nsupply its domestic market. There is a chance for Argentine corn<br>\nto come in,&quot; the trader said.<\/p>\n<p>Another trader said he expected more activity next week and<br>\nsaid Argentine supplies, which are a few dollars per tonne<br>\ncheaper than U.S. corn, could be attractive.<\/p>",
