The consultation is going on<br>\namong the foreign ministers,\" he told his weekly press<br>\nconference.<\/p>\n<p>The Philippines chairs the Association of Southeast Asian<br>\nNations (ASEAN) Regional Forum which will hold its ministerial<br>\nconference next month in Manila.<\/p>\n<p>Pakistan set off its first nuclear device last month after<br>\nneighboring India, which is a forum member, carried out its own<br>\nnuclear tests.<\/p>\n<p>The Philippines has joined several countries in condemning the<br>\ntests by the two countries.<\/p>",
