PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is providing discounts of up to 100\nper cent on port service fees across several strategic ferry routes\nduring the 2026 school holidays to support public mobility and\ngovernment stimulus programmes.<\/p>\n
President Director of PT ASDP, Heru Widodo, stated that during this\nyear\u2019s school holidays, the company aims to create a more accessible\nmomentum for the public to travel and explore various regions in\nIndonesia via ferry transport. \u201cThrough this policy, service users will\nreceive a 100 per cent discount on port service fees, which averages\napproximately 21.9 per cent of the total ferry ticket fare,\u201d Heru said\nin a statement in Jakarta on Sunday.<\/p>\n
He noted that the programme applies to trips scheduled between 20\nJune and 5 July 2026, with ticket bookings available from 6 June 2026.\nHeru emphasised that this step represents a tangible synergy between\nASDP and the government to maintain public purchasing power and\nstrengthen inter-regional connectivity during the holiday season. He\nadded that ASDP fully supports government stimulus programmes designed\nto increase mobility and drive national economic growth.<\/p>\n
The policy follows a directive from the Director General of Land\nTransportation of the Ministry of Transportation regarding the\nimplementation of ferry transport fare discounts for the 2026 school\nholiday period. The stimulus programme is applied to 14 ports serving\nseven strategic national routes, namely Merak\u2013Bakauheni,\nKetapang\u2013Gilimanuk, Lembar\u2013Padangbai, Kayangan\u2013Poto Tano, Tanjung\nUban\u2013Telaga Punggur, Ajibata\u2013Ambarita, and Sape\u2013Labuan Bajo. The policy\ncovers services for foot passengers as well as Group II and Group IVA\nvehicles to support smooth inter-regional mobility. Specifically for the\nMerak\u2013Bakauheni route, the tariff stimulus applies to both regular\neconomic and Express services, providing more efficient and affordable\ntravel options on one of Indonesia\u2019s busiest crossing routes.<\/p>\n
ASDP Corporate Secretary Windy Andale added that all ticket purchases\nmust be made online via the Ferizy application or the official website,\ntrip.ferizy.com, to ensure a practical and orderly service process.
