        "content": "<p>PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), together with 14 other state-owned\nenterprises, is once again presenting the BUMN Environmental\nConservation and Community Empowerment Programme Phase 2, aimed at\nsupporting sustainable development in underdeveloped, frontier, and\noutermost regions (3T).<\/p>\n<p>ASDP\u2019s President Director, Heru Widodo, stated that the programme,\nrunning from 22 to 24 April 2026, is focused on Mutus Village and\nManyaifun Village in Raja Ampat Regency, Southwest Papua.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith an integrated approach encompassing environmental, social,\neducational, and sustainable community economic strengthening aspects,\u201d\nHeru said in his statement on Monday, 27 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He added that ASDP\u2019s involvement in this programme is part of the\ncompany\u2019s commitment to delivering broader benefits to communities,\nparticularly in 3T areas.<\/p>\n<p>Heru further noted that ASDP\u2019s participation demonstrates their\ncommitment not only to providing reliable transportation services but\nalso to actively contributing to environmental preservation and\nimproving community welfare.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this collaboration, we hope to create sustainable impacts\nand add value for local communities,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n<p>In Mutus Village, the programme focuses on ecosystem rehabilitation\nthrough the planting of 2,000 mangrove seedlings and 650 coral\nfragments, accompanied by environmental conservation education for the\ncommunity.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is also strengthened by diving training and\ncertification for conservation groups, as well as assistance for\nVillage-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) to enhance institutional capacity and\ncommunity income. Additionally, electricity access is now available to\n119 households, reaching around 500 beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>In the education sector, the programme supports the renovation of\nlearning facilities and provision of educational resources at YPK Effata\nMutus Primary School and SMPN 11 Raja Ampat.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in Manyaifun Village, the programme is directed towards\nstrengthening basic infrastructure and social services through\nelectricity provision to 59 households, reaching 117 beneficiaries.
