        "content": "<p>Ari's dossiers submitted to prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Police submitted the dossiers on the detained <br>\ngrandchild of former president Soeharto, Ari Haryo Wibowo, or Ari <br>\nSigit as he is familiarly known, to the Jakarta Prosecutors' <br>\nOffice on Monday, an officer said.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Anton Bachrul Alam told <br>\nreporters here on Monday that the dossiers were handed over <br>\nwithout the suspect because the latter was still undergoing <br>\nmedical treatment at Kramat Jati Police Hospital in East Jakarta <br>\nfor breathing problems.<\/p>\n<p>Anton said Ari was charged under Emergency Law No. 12\/1951 on <br>\nthe possession of firearms and ammunition, which carries a <br>\nmaximum penalty of 20-years imprisonment.<\/p>\n<p>\"The dossiers will be looked into by the prosecutors and if <br>\nthe prosecutors think they are not complete, they will return <br>\nthem to us. But if not, they will immediately seek a trial,\" <br>\nAnton said.<\/p>\n<p>Ari has been in detention since Aug. 14., after police found <br>\n70 live bullets in his residence on Jl.
