The<br>\narbitration claim does not change that<\/p>\n<p>\"We still hope that the government will act quickly and work<br>\nwith us in the time that remains to reach a win-win solution,\"<br>\nAriaWest's president John Vondras said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The company said, the notice of arbitration, which was lodged<br>\nwith the head office of the International Chamber of Commerce<br>\n(ICC) in Paris, claimed damages for numerous fundamental breaches<br>\nof contract by Telkom.<\/p>\n<p>The case will be heard under the ICC rules in Geneva, the<br>\ncompany said.
