Meanwhile, Paramount Petals is being developed as a\ntownship covering approximately 400 hectares in the western region of\nJakarta.<\/p>\n
Property industry observers note that the township concept is a\nstrategic response to urban growth and the increasing public need for\nhousing with closer access to various amenities. Beyond convenience,\nsustainability is becoming a primary focus in the property industry.
