        "content": "<p>Appeal to Telkom<\/p>\n<p>From Neraca<\/p>\n<p>I am appealing to PT Telkom to listen to subscribers'<br>\ncomplaints so they would serve them in all earnest and at the<br>\nsame time, to upgrade the company's consumer service. The reason<br>\nbehind this appeal is our experience over the past several months<br>\nwith our telephone. Our telephone line (5542045) is often out of<br>\norder, and we reported the matter to PT Telkom through its<br>\nservice number, 117.<\/p>\n<p>After workmen fixed it, the telephone worked only a few days<br>\nand then went off again. We have had this on and off telephone<br>\nsince PT Telkom made the connection.<\/p>\n<p>PT Telkom explained that it would have to change the number.<br>\nHowever, we must be sure that the change is made for the better.<br>\nIt really is quite unnerving when one is expecting important news<br>\nand cannot be reached, or we cannot contact the other party.<\/p>\n<p>I really would appreciate it if PT Telkom would give priority<br>\nover service to their customers.<\/p>\n<p>SRI NAWANGSI<\/p>\n<p>Tangerang, West Java<\/p>",
