        "content": "<p>Antigraft team probes more cases<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The interdepartmental anticorruption team has<br>\nlaunched investigations into four more graft cases involving<br>\ngovernment institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the team, Hendarman Supandji, who is also the deputy<br>\nattorney general for special crimes, said on Wednesday that the<br>\ncases involved state-owned firm Pertamina Energy Trading Ltd<br>\n(Petral), the Ministry of Defense, the Gelora Bung Karno sports<br>\ncomplex management company and state-owned fertilizer company PT<br>\nPupuk Kaltim.<\/p>\n<p>Hendarman said that the estimated losses caused by alleged<br>\ncorruption in Petral alone reached US$8 million. The team is<br>\nstill calculating the losses resulting from the three other<br>\ncases.<\/p>\n<p>The investigations follow reports from the Supreme Audit<br>\nAgency (BPK). -- JP<\/p>",
