        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2013 The Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK) has seized hundreds of\nmillions of rupiah in cash during a corruption sting operation conducted\nin Cilacap Regency.<\/p>\n<p>However, KPK investigators have not yet disclosed the exact amount of\nseized funds. In addition to the cash, investigators have also seized\nvarious documents and electronic evidence.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK has designated two individuals as suspects in this case.\nInvestigators declined to disclose the identities of those formally\ndesignated as suspects at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is certain is that two people have been designated as suspects\nin this afternoon\u2019s announcement,\u201d said a KPK spokesman.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK arrested 27 individuals during the sting operation in Cilacap\nRegency on Friday (13 March 2026). Of this number, 13 individuals,\nincluding Cilacap Regent Syamsul Auliya Rachman and Cilacap Regional\nSecretary (Sekda) Sadmoko Danardono, were brought to Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of them are currently undergoing examination,\u201d the spokesman\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Syamsul and other officials were suspected of receiving\npayments related to projects within the Cilacap Regency Government.<\/p>",
