        "content": "<p>Palangka Raya (ANTARA) \u2014 The ANTARA National News Agency\u2019s Central\nKalimantan Bureau (ANTARA Kalteng) and the Kapuas Regency Government\nhave affirmed their readiness to collaborate on disseminating\ndevelopment information as part of public transparency in\ngovernance.<\/p>\n<p>Kapuas Regional Secretariat Assistant for General Administration Pery\nNoah said in Kapuas on Tuesday that the cooperation with ANTARA, a\nnational media outlet, plays an important role in improving the quality\nof government information dissemination to the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe mass media plays an important role in disseminating development\ninformation to the public. We therefore very much welcome the presence\nof ANTARA Kalteng. This existing cooperation will be carried out and\ncontinuously enhanced,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that, in line with ANTARA\u2019s capacity, the collaboration is\nexpected to extend beyond merely disseminating development information\nto the public and also touch upon other aspects.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImproving the competence of human resources in public relations and\njournalism has become an important need in the current era of\ninformation openness and digital transformation. This is an area of\ncooperation that can be developed going forward,\u201d said Pery Noah.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Kapuas Head of the Communications, Information, Statistics\nand Encryption Agency (Diskominfosantik) Hartoni U Sawang explained that\npreviously, in 2019, the agency had established cooperation with ANTARA\non improving journalistic human resources.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, similar cooperation was also carried out in 2025, though\nit was limited to training in text journalism, photography, video and\nsocial media content attended by internal Diskominfosantik staff.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cooperation has provided great benefits in improving news\nwriting skills and public information management.
