PT Antam Tbk (ANTM) is developing the Cash Management System Notral\nPooling (CMSysNP) to integrate liquidity management within the Group.\nThe system enables surplus cash in one entity to be optimised to support\nthe working capital funding requirements of other entities without the\nneed for physical fund transfers.<\/p>\n
CMSysNP consolidates the cash balance positions of Antam and its\nGroup entities virtually. Through this notional pooling scheme,\ndifferences in liquidity positions between entities can be managed more\nintegrally, ensuring that available financial resources within the Group\ncan be utilised for funding needs.<\/p>\n
Antam\u2019s President Director, Untung Budiharto, stated that CMSysNP\ntransforms the company\u2019s approach to managing liquidity and funding\nrequirements. \u201cThrough SS Solutiva, Antam demonstrates that innovation\narises not only from mining operations but also from financial\nmanagement. CMSysNP transforms liquidity, which was previously scattered\nacross various entities, into a shared financial strength, allowing\nfunding needs to be managed more efficiently, measurably, and with good\ngovernance,\u201d Untung said in a press release on Monday (21\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n
The development of the system stems from the previous condition where\ncash management for Antam and its Group entities was conducted\nseparately. On one hand, there were entities with surplus liquidity,\nwhile on the other, there were entities requiring funding for working\ncapital and business operations.<\/p>\n
This situation served as the basis for developing an internal funding\necosystem by optimising the financial resources available within the\nGroup. The implementation of CMSysNP was carried out in collaboration\nwith PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia\n(Persero) Tbk.<\/p>\n
Antam\u2019s Director of Finance and Risk Management, Arini Kasmira,\nstated that CMSysNP was developed to transform the management of working\ncapital funding requirements to be more integrated. \u201cWe built CMSysNP\nnot merely to optimise cash positions, but to change how working capital\nfunding needs are managed. By connecting surplus liquidity and funding\nrequirements within the Group, we can utilise existing resources more\noptimally and build a more integrated internal funding ecosystem,\u201d said\nArini.<\/p>\n
This liquidity management innovation led the Antam SS Solutiva team\nto win the Excellence Award and Best Presentation at the International\nQuality & Productivity Convention (IQPC) 2026, held in Bangkok,\nThailand, from 14\u201316 September 2026. The SS Solutiva team consists of\nZakiyah Kamila Fitri as Team Leader, Siti Khodijah as Technical\nCoordinator, and Tiara Putri Novianto as Facilitator. The team operates\nwithin Corporate Finance and is supported by the Funding Management\nBureau in the implementation of CMSysNP.<\/p>\n
The implementation of CMSysNP is also equipped with control\nmechanisms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that\nliquidity management is conducted in a measurable manner and in\naccordance with the principles of good corporate governance.<\/p>\n
