        "content": "<p>The Secretariat of the West Java Provincial DPRD held an\nenvironmental clean-up action as a form of support for the Indonesia\nASRI Movement. The activity, known as the ant operation, was carried out\naround the West Java DPRD office area on Monday (6\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary of the West Java DPRD, Dody Sukmayana, stated that the\naction is a follow-up to the Governor of West Java\u2019s Circular Number\n28\/LH.01.04.02\/DLH dated 26 February 2026 regarding the Implementation\nof the Indonesia ASRI Movement. According to him, the movement is also\npart of efforts to build collective awareness in maintaining cleanliness\nand the quality of the work environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe support the Indonesia ASRI Movement through clean-up activities\ninvolving all employees in the DPRD West Java Secretariat environment,\u201d\nsaid Dody.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the activity is carried out routinely twice a week,\nnamely every Monday and Wednesday, for one hour before office activities\nbegin, from 08.00 to 09.00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>For its implementation, the activity area is divided into four zones.\nThe first area covers the area around Pullman Bandung and Grand Central\nHotel, handled by the Programme and Finance Section. The second area is\nat the West Java DPRD Building and the courtyard of the MPR RI Asset\nBuilding by the General Section.<\/p>\n<p>The third area covers the area around Bancakan Restaurant and Bank\nMandiri Taspen, which is the responsibility of the Facilitation,\nBudgeting, and Supervision Section. Meanwhile, the fourth area is in the\nJalan Aria Jipang area, handled by the Protocol, Sessions, and\nLegislation Section.<\/p>\n<p>Dody added that all employees are urged to bring cleaning equipment\nfrom home, clean the designated areas, and sort organic and inorganic\nwaste in the available places. In addition, every activity is also\ndocumented and reported as part of the programme implementation\nevaluation.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the Indonesia ASRI Movement covers four main\naspects. First, the safe aspect, which emphasises environmental\nsecurity, risk mitigation, and public space order, including control of\nwaste and hazardous waste.<\/p>\n<p>Second, the healthy aspect, which focuses on improving environmental\nquality to support public health, such as sanitation management,\nprovision of clean water, and pollution control. Third, the clean\naspect, which emphasises environmental cleanliness through routine\ncommunity work, optimisation of source-based waste management, and\nperiodic inspections.<\/p>\n<p>The last aspect is beautiful, which is oriented towards environmental\naesthetics and public space comfort. This is realised through garden\narrangement, tree planting, advertisement control, and gradual\ninfrastructure rejuvenation.<\/p>\n<p>Through this movement, the West Java DPRD Secretariat hopes to create\na clean, healthy, and comfortable work environment, while encouraging\nactive participation from all elements of society in preserving the\nenvironment.<\/p>",
