        "content": "<p>Another milestone recorded at PTUN<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN)<br>\nyesterday recorded another dramatic decision when its judges<br>\nruled in favor of 25 West Jakarta residents in their lawsuits<br>\nagainst Mayor Sutardjianto for the demolition of their houses.<\/p>\n<p>The panel of judges presided over by controversial judge<br>\nBenjamin Mangkoedilaga said in yesterday's trial that the mayor's<br>\ndecision to demolish the residents' property at Pinangsia in<br>\nTamansari district was unlawful.<\/p>\n<p>The judges then said that the Letter of Order originally<br>\nissued by Sutardjianto on Sept. 30, 1994, was to be canceled and<br>\nrevoked.<\/p>\n<p>In April, a panel of judges led by Benjamin recorded an<br>\nextraordinary landmark when he ruled in favor of the ex-Tempo<br>\nemployees and their lawsuits against Minister of Information<br>\nHarmoko for revoking the magazine's publishing license.<\/p>\n<p>The Jakarta chapter of the Legal Aid Institute hailed<br>\nyesterday's decision.<\/p>\n<p>Benjamin, however, tried to get away from the residents who<br>\nintended to greet him, saying only, \"I must do my best.\" (bsr)<\/p>",
