        "content": "<p>Another Choice hotel<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): PT Choice Hotels Indonesia, the domestic<br>\nfranchiser for Choice Hotels International, signed an agreement<br>\nyesterday with PT Karsindo Utama to manage its Quality Suites<br>\nJuanda building, Choice's 10th Indonesian hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement signed by Choice executives I.D. Manassa<br>\nand Karl Waeti and Karsindo executives Soedradjat and Soedarta,<br>\nChoice will manage the 16-story hotel here for 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>\"We join the Choice system because of its innovative marketing<br>\nprograms and extensive reservation network,\" Soedradjat said.<\/p>\n<p>Karsindo plans to build hotels in Bekasi, West Java, and<br>\nGrogol, West Jakarta, to be run by Choice.<\/p>\n<p>Quality Suites Juanda, on Jl.
