        "content": "<p>Another AIDS sufferer in Jakarta<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Another Jakartan has been diagnosed as suffering<br>\nfrom the Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), the director<br>\ngeneral of the Communicable Disease Control and Environmental<br>\nHealth department of the Health Ministry, Hadi Abednego said.<\/p>\n<p>The patient is one of two people infected with AIDS diagnosed<br>\nrecently by officials of the directorate general, Hadi said,<br>\nadding that the other patient is living in Irian Jaya.<\/p>\n<p>Hadi told Antara on Friday that with the diagnosis of the new<br>\npatient, Jakarta now has 41 AIDS sufferers and 52 people tested<br>\npositive with Human Immuno-deficiency Virus, which causes AIDS.<\/p>\n<p>So far there have been 280 people tested HIV positive<br>\nthroughout the country but there is no data on the total number<br>\nof AIDS sufferers.
