        "content": "<p>Annan to visit Malaysia<\/p>\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR (AFP): United Nations Secretary-General Kofi<br>\nAnnan will arrive here tomorrow for a four-day visit, coinciding<br>\nwith an East Asian summit, reports said yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Annan, accompanied by his wife and UN officials, is scheduled<br>\nto meet Malaysian King Tuanku Jaa'far and Prime Minister Mahathir<br>\nMohamad, the New Straits Times reported.<\/p>\n<p>He will also attend briefings by the economic planning unit,<br>\nthe multimedia development corporation and deliver a dinner talk<br>\norganized by the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Annan's visit to Malaysia will be the second by a UN<br>\nsecretary-general following a visit by Javier Perez de Cuellar in<br>\n1985.
