It has urged the\ngovernment to announce its decision promptly to prevent uncertainty in\nthe community, particularly over the issue of Palestine.<\/p>\n<p>Sudarnoto Abdul Hakim, head of the MUI\u2019s foreign relations division,\nsaid the opposition was based on the council\u2019s findings that Bocelli had\nbeen involved in fundraising for Friends of the Israel Defense Forces\n(Friends of IDF) in 2010.
