Deputy Chairman of Commission VI of the Indonesian House of\nRepresentatives from the Gerindra Party faction, Andre Rosiade, has\nexpressed his commitment as an ambassador for West Sumatra to support\nthe construction of the Al-Hidayah Mosque in Solok.<\/p>\n
\u201cGod willing, we will continue to support this mosque construction so\nthat it can be completed soon and provide benefits to the community,\u201d\nAndre said in a statement on Monday (24\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n
Andre made the remarks while handing over aid amounting to Rp 50\nmillion to support the construction of the Al-Hidayah Mosque within the\nSolok Arosuka Police Resort complex on Sunday (23\/8).<\/p>\n
The aid was handed over by Andre during a visit to the Solok Arosuka\nPolice Resort office area. The handover was witnessed by Solok Regent\nJon Firman Pandu, Solok Arosuka Police Chief AKBP Rini Anggraini,\nmembers of the Solok Regency Regional House of Representatives, several\nheads of regional apparatus organisations and community figures.<\/p>\n
He is even seeking additional aid of Rp 150 million in the next phase\nto help complete the construction of the Al-Hidayah Mosque.<\/p>\n
In addition to discussing the mosque construction, Andre\u2019s visit to\nSolok Regency was also part of coordination regarding a number of\nregional development programmes.<\/p>\n
One of the agendas discussed was the construction and improvement of\nroad infrastructure. Solok Regency received support for a regional road\ndevelopment plan with a budget value of around Rp 60 billion.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, for the construction of a national road in the Air Dingin\narea, a budget of around Rp 220 billion has been prepared. Its\nimplementation is still awaiting the land acquisition process.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is the importance of collaboration between regional government,\ncentral government, the Indonesian House of Representatives and all\nstakeholders so that various development programmes can proceed\naccording to plan,\u201d Andre said.<\/p>\n
This synergy is expected not only to accelerate infrastructure\ndevelopment, but also to encourage improvements in religious facilities\nand public services so that the benefits can be felt directly by the\npeople of Solok Regency.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, AKBP Rini Anggraini expressed gratitude for the attention\nand support provided by Andre. According to her, the aid will be very\nmeaningful in supporting the continuation of the Al-Hidayah Mosque\nconstruction.<\/p>\n
She hopes the mosque construction can be completed soon so that it\ncan be used by police personnel and the community around the Solok\nArosuka Police Resort complex.<\/p>\n
Appreciation was also conveyed by Jon Firman Pandu. He assessed that\nAndre Rosiade\u2019s support is an important part of encouraging the\nacceleration of worship facility development in the area.<\/p>\n
