PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) is targeting the construction of\nthe 65-hectare Ancol area reclamation project to begin in February\n2027.<\/p>\n
President Director of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, Syahmudrian\nLubis, said the tender process for a strategic partner is targeted to be\ncompleted by December 2026, so that construction can begin in February\n2027.<\/p>\n
\u201cBy December 2026 there will already be a winner determined, so we\nhope that by February 2027 work can begin,\u201d said Syahmudrian during a\nmeeting of Commission B of the DKI Jakarta Regional Representative\nCouncil (DPRD) in Central Jakarta on Tuesday (8\/9).<\/p>\n
He explained that the reclamation consists of two zones, measuring 35\nhectares and 30 hectares respectively. The entire area is targeted to be\nformed and established by 2030.<\/p>\n
The development of the area will adopt a mixed-use concept.\nFacilities to be prepared include an amusement centre, a hospital,\napartments, hotels, and various other commercial functions. Construction\nwill be carried out together with a strategic partner selected through a\ntender process.<\/p>\n
The company is targeting potential partners from the property,\nrecreation, and land development and reclamation industries.<\/p>\n
The reclaimed land intended for use as a depot is ready, although\nsoil improvement and other preparations are still needed.<\/p>\n
