        "content": "<p>Beijing (ANTARA) - Indonesian Ambassador to China and Mongolia\nDjauhari Oratmangun stated that the meeting between President Xi Jinping\nand President Donald Trump provides a signal of stability for the\nworld.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe meeting between President Trump and President Xi is important\nbecause it is expected to provide a positive signal for global stability\nand markets amid global uncertainty,\u201d said Ambassador Djauhari in\nBeijing, Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Xi Jinping and Donald Trump held a bilateral meeting for 2 hours and\n15 minutes on Thursday (May 14) followed by a visit to the Temple of\nHeaven and a state banquet.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday (May 15), Trump also received a private tour of Zhongnanhai\n\u2013 the office and official residence of Xi Jinping and other senior\nofficials of the Communist Party of China.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is also important to note the composition of the delegation of\nbusiness leaders from major US companies who attended, because this\nshows the direction of future cooperation, ranging from technology,\nartificial intelligence, supply chains, to the financial sector,\u201d added\nAmbassador Djauhari.<\/p>\n<p>The dynamics, said Ambassador Djauhari, will certainly have an impact\non Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>At the state banquet, President Xi said that he and President Trump\nagreed to build a constructive China-US relationship with strategic\nstability, promote stable, healthy, and sustainable development of\nChina-US relations, and bring more peace, prosperity, and progress to\nthe world.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Trump said that both countries have the opportunity to\ncreate a future with greater prosperity, cooperation, happiness, and\npeace for future generations.<\/p>\n<p>Trump also invited Xi Jinping and Peng Liyuan to visit the White\nHouse on September 24.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to the visit,\u201d concluded Trump.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit to Beijing, Trump was accompanied by 17 leaders of\nmajor US companies.
