        "content": "<p>PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk (BBHI) has decided to distribute a cash\ndividend of IDR 286.97 billion for the 2025 financial year, equivalent\nto 50% of the company\u2019s net profit. Acting President Director Ari\nYanuanto Asah stated that the remaining profit of IDR 287.28 billion has\nbeen allocated to retained earnings to strengthen capital and business\ndevelopment, with a further portion set aside as reserve funds.<\/p>\n<p>During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Thursday\n(25\/6\/2026), Ari noted this was only the second dividend distribution in\nthe bank\u2019s history, reflecting solid performance in 2025 and providing\nadded value to all stakeholders. \u2018This demonstrates the strength of our\nbusiness model and that Allo Bank is on the right path to continue\ngrowing competitively and sustainably,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p>Allo Bank Indonesia posted a 23% increase in profit for 2025,\nreaching IDR 574.26 billion as of 31 December 2025, up from IDR 467.1\nbillion in the same period the previous year. The profit growth was\nsupported by a 29% year-on-year increase in interest income to IDR 1.44\ntrillion, while operational income surged 65% year-on-year to IDR 542.57\nbillion.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, the digital bank is focusing on strengthening its\nbusiness foundations to achieve sustainable and competitive growth\nthrough strategic initiatives. These include developing a comprehensive\nportfolio of digital banking products and services for both retail and\ncorporate segments, with end-to-end digital processes designed to\nenhance convenience, efficiency, and the quality of the customer\ntransaction experience.<\/p>\n<p>The AGM also addressed six other agenda items, including the approval\nand ratification of the annual report for the financial year ending 31\nDecember 2025, the granting of full discharge of responsibility to the\nBoard of Directors and Board of Commissioners, the presentation of the\nbank\u2019s 2026 work plan and sustainable finance action plan, the\nauthorisation of the Board of Commissioners to appoint a public\naccounting firm registered with the Financial Services Authority to\naudit the company\u2019s 2026 financial statements, the determination of\nhonoraria and other benefits for directors and commissioners, the\ndivision of duties and authority among directors, amendments to certain\narticles of the company\u2019s Articles of Association to align with the 2025\nKBLI nomenclature and prevailing laws, and the approval of an updated\nrecovery action plan in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>",
