        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - All regular Indonesian Hajj pilgrims this year are\nplaced in the Markaziyah area or the main ring around the Prophet\u2019s\nMosque, the location closest to the main worship centre in the city of\nMadinah.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Accommodation Section of the Indonesian Hajj\nOrganising Committee in Saudi Arabia (PPIH), Zaenal Muttaqin, stated\nthat the Markaziyah area is a favourite spot for pilgrims from various\ncountries due to its strategic location, making hotel availability in\nthe region very limited.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll regular Indonesian Hajj pilgrims, around 203,000 people, can all\nbe placed in the Markaziyah area,\u201d said Zaenal, quoted from a recording\nreceived by the reporter on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that although hotel capacity is limited and contested by\nmany countries, Indonesia has successfully obtained full allocation in\nthat area for all its pilgrims.<\/p>\n<p>According to Zaenal, the characteristics of hotels in Markaziyah\nvary, with room capacities ranging from two to more than four people.\nHowever, the placement prioritises ease of access for pilgrims to\nperform worship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most important thing is that pilgrims can pray at the Prophet\u2019s\nMosque at any time without much difficulty, just by walking,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>He added that every report received will be immediately followed up\nby officers in the Madinah work area (daker) along with the field sector\nteam.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, he acknowledged that not all problems can be resolved\ninstantly as they require coordination with service providers in Saudi\nArabia, including hotel owners and local managers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf everything runs smoothly, the pilgrim placement process from\nreceiving the key to entering the room can be completed in 15 minutes.\nBut if there are obstacles, it certainly requires a process,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Zaenal also emphasised that officers routinely conduct daily\nmonitoring by visiting hotels to ensure that accommodation, catering,\nand health services for pilgrims operate optimally.<\/p>\n<p>He also asked the public and families of pilgrims in Indonesia to\nunderstand that every complaint handling process has varying resolution\ntimes, depending on the type of problem faced.<\/p>",
