Iran\u2019s National Security Secretary Ali Larijani has issued a serious\nwarning regarding an alleged plan for a large-scale terrorist attack\ndesigned to implicate his country.<\/p>\n
Through a post on social media platform X, Larijani alleged that\nremnants of the Jeffrey Epstein network are suspected of being behind\nthe conspiracy. \u201cI have heard that members of the remaining Epstein\nnetwork have designed a conspiracy to create an incident similar to 9\/11\nand blame Iran for it,\u201d he wrote, as cited by Anadolu.<\/p>\n
Larijani emphasised that Iran\u2019s position is unequivocal in opposing\nall forms of terrorism. He also underscored that Iran has no grievance\nwith the American people.<\/p>\n
\u201cIran fundamentally opposes such terrorist schemes and has no\nconflict with the American people,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
Nevertheless, in the same statement, he expressed that Tehran remains\non high alert as a form of self-defence against what he described as\nattacks from the United States and Israel.
