        "content": "<p>PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) has announced plans to\nconduct a share buyback programme valued at up to IDR 4 trillion. The\nnominal value of all shares to be repurchased will not exceed 10% of the\ncompany\u2019s issued capital.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate this corporate action, ADRO will convene an\nExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on 17 April 2026.\nShould shareholders approve the share buyback agenda at the\nextraordinary general meeting, the corporate action will commence on 20\nApril 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe share repurchase will be executed through the Indonesia Stock\nExchange and conducted in phases over a maximum period of 12 months,\u201d\nstated ADRO management in a disclosure filing on Wednesday, 11 March\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>ADRO anticipates that the implementation of the share buyback will\ndeliver favourable returns to shareholders and strengthen investor\nconfidence, enabling the company\u2019s share price to reflect its true\nfundamental condition.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, ADRO is confident that the share buyback will not\nnegatively impact the company\u2019s operational performance and earnings.\nThe company\u2019s current retained earnings and cash flows are sufficient to\nfund the share repurchase programme.<\/p>",
