PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk. (ADRO) recorded a profit for the\nperiod attributable to owners of the parent entity of US$309.4 million,\nor Rp5.49 trillion (assuming an exchange rate of Rp17,740), for the\nfirst half of 2026. This represents an increase of 76.84% compared to\nthe first half of 2025, when the figure stood at US$174.9 million.<\/p>\n
Citing its financial report submitted through the Indonesia Stock\nExchange (BEI) information disclosure system, ADRO posted revenue of\nUS$999.2 million as of June 2026, up 16.50% from US$857.6 million in the\nfirst half of 2025. Meanwhile, cost of revenue rose only 0.55%, from\nUS$573.4 million to US$576.5 million.<\/p>\n
With revenue growth far outpacing the increase in cost of revenue,\nAlamtri Resources Indonesia\u2019s gross profit climbed 48.69% to US$422.6\nmillion, from US$284.2 million previously.<\/p>\n
The company also managed to reduce operating expenses. Operating\nexpenses were recorded at US$58.3 million, compared to US$60.3 million\nin the first half of 2025, a decline of 3.31%.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, other net income swung to a positive US$17.4 million, from\na net expense of US$20.6 million previously.<\/p>\n
As a result, Alamtri Resources Indonesia\u2019s operating profit surged\n87.76% to US$381.7 million in the first half of 2026, compared to\nUS$203.3 million in the first half of 2025.<\/p>\n
However, on the finance income side, the company recorded a decline.\nFinance income fell 48.47% to US$30.4 million, from US$59.06 million\npreviously. Conversely, finance costs rose sharply by 206.62%, from\nUS$9.7 million to US$29.7 million.<\/p>\n
In addition, the contribution from the share of net profit of joint\nventures also turned positive. In the first half of 2026, the company\nrecorded a profit of US$33.5 million, whereas in the same period the\nprevious year it recorded a loss of US$3.8 million.<\/p>\n
Overall, profit before income tax reached US$415.9 million, growing\n67.18% compared to US$248.8 million in the first half of 2025. Income\ntax expense increased 61.08%, from US$53.8 million to US$86.8 million.\nAfter accounting for tax, profit for the period still grew significantly\nby 68.87%, to US$329.1 million from US$194.9 million.<\/p>\n
