        "content": "<p>Akbar misses court hearing<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Golkar Party leader Akbar Tandjung failed on Tuesday<br>\nto turn up for the hearing of a lawsuit filed by former party<br>\nmembers Fahmi Idris and Marzuki Darusman over their dismissal.<\/p>\n<p>Akbar said he could not appear at the West Jakarta District<br>\nCourt due to his busy schedule as chairman of the Nationhood<br>\nCoalition during the ongoing People's Consultative Assembly<br>\nsession. Akbar is no longer a legislator.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs claim that Akbar violated the party's statutes<br>\nby dismissing them last month.
