Airmark's regular services<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Privately owned airline company PT Airmark
\nIndonesia denied allegations that the airline was still
\ninoperative, saying that it has already started scheduled flights
\nto Lombok and Sumbawa from Bali.<\/p>\n
Airmark president Norwel Ismen said on Friday that since
\nreceiving its license for scheduled flights in June this year,
\nthe company had been serving the three islands four times daily
\nwith two 26-seat CASA-212 aircraft.<\/p>\n
\"It's not true that we haven't started operating, it's just
\nthat we are not using big aircraft,\" he said to The Jakarta Post.<\/p>\n
Director general of air communications Soenaryo Yosopratomo
\nsaid on Wednesday that three of the seven regular airline
\noperators licensed in June had not yet started operations,
\nincluding Airmark.<\/p>\n
He added that if these airlines had not started their
\noperations within 12 months of the issuance of their licenses,
