The PPD buses in<br>\nparticular are already showing wear and tear and are a far cry<br>\nfrom their condition right after the Non-Aligned Summit when they<br>\nwere introduced.<\/p>\n<p>The air conditioning has little effect and the radio\/tape<br>\nequipment is gone, but the buses still charge the newly increased<br>\nfare of Rp 1,800. There seems to be no maintenance.
