        "content": "<p>\u201cThe loan is a normal facility regularly given to other countries at\nthe same rate,\u201d Purbaya said in Beijing, China, on Thursday night.<\/p>\n<p>The statement followed meetings with Chinese Finance Minister Lan\nFo\u2019an, representatives of the People\u2019s Bank of China (PBOC), the AIIB,\nand investors during his official visit to China from June 16-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe managed to secure a loan commitment worth US$17 billion through\n2029. This means AIIB has made the funding available.
