        "content": "<p>Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi dispatched participants in the\n2026 free Eid homecoming (mudik Lebaran gratis) at the Museum Purna\nBhakti Pertiwi, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Monitoring by detikcom at the location on Monday, 16 March 2026, the\ndispatch of homebound travellers was conducted by Luthfi at 10:00 WIB.\nThe dispatch took place with the flag-off ceremony for the 2026 free Eid\nhomecoming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the invocation of \u2018Bismillahirrahmanirrahim\u2019, may these 325\nfree Eid homecoming buses reach Central Java safely,\u201d Luthfi said whilst\ndispatching participants in the 2026 Eid homecoming at the Museum Purna\nBhakti Pertiwi, TMII, East Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Luthfi stated that the Central Java Provincial Government, together\nwith Bank Jateng and several institutions, had prepared 325 buses free\nof charge. He said the buses would transport homebound travellers to\nvarious cities and districts throughout Central Java.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday we are conducting the free homecoming programme of the Central\nJava Provincial Government, participated in by 35 city and district\nadministrations, assisted by Baznas, Bank Jateng, and including Aqua,\u201d\nsaid Luthfi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a collaboration where our homecoming programme represents\nthe state\u2019s effort to facilitate and accelerate the movement of people,\u201d\nhe added.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the homecoming participants are Central Java\nresidents who are informal workers in the Greater Jakarta area. He hopes\nthe programme will help Central Java residents gather with their\nfamilies during Eid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn average, these 325 buses carry informal workers earning below 5\nmillion rupiah, 2 million rupiah; food vendors, motorcycle taxi drivers,\ndomestic helpers, and they are very pleased that their journey home is\nfree, and their return journey is free,\u201d said Luthfi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is our expression as the provincial government and\nrepresentative of district and city administrations to extend our\ngratitude for this cooperation, which will certainly improve the\neconomic development in their respective regions,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>",
