During the field inspection, Luthfi was accompanied by the Regional\nSecretary (Sekda) of Central Java Province, Sumarno. The two inspected\nthe suitability of the main stage and the rows of delegation tents in\nthe Simpang Lima area. The inspection also targeted several supporting\nfacilities in the courtyard of the Central Java Governor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Following the inspection, Luthfi immediately led a final readiness\nmeeting with the organising committee. The meeting was also attended by\nthe Vice Governor of Central Java, Taj Yasin Maimoen. The Governor\nre-instructed the committee to provide spacious and adequate space for\nthe general public.<\/p>\n
The involvement of the wider community is considered an important\nindicator of Central Java\u2019s success as the host. Supporting facilities\nhave been requested to be maximised immediately so that residents who\ncannot be accommodated in the main area can still follow the\nproceedings.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf necessary, the videotron at the Regional Police Headquarters\n(Polda) should also be turned on,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
In addition to opening public access as widely as possible, Luthfi\nrequested that the committee guarantee the comfort of all delegations.\nMaximum service must be provided from the moment participants arrive,\nthroughout the competition, until they return to their home regions.\nCross-agency coordination has been requested to be strengthened to\nensure the Ta\u2019aruf night and the opening ceremony proceed in an orderly\nmanner.<\/p>\n
Vice Governor and Chairman of the Quran Recitation Development\nInstitute (LPTQ) of Central Java, Taj Yasin Maimoen, ensured that\npreparations are nearing 100 per cent. His office is now focused on\nconducting dress rehearsals and finalising adjustments to public\nareas.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere are slight changes so that the general public can attend and\nenjoy the event directly at Simpang Lima on Saturday night,\u201d said Taj\nYasin.<\/p>\n
The committee is confirmed to utilise videotron facilities at several\nstrategic points around the Simpang Lima area. These large screens will\nbroadcast the opening ceremony live. This facility has been\nintentionally prepared to accommodate the enthusiasm of residents\nwishing to see the gathering of Al-Qur\u2019an experts.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Regional Secretary of Central Java, Sumarno,\nemphasised that all facilities have been maximised through the use of\nprovincial government assets. All Regional Government Organisations\n(OPD) have also been specifically tasked to assist the delegations.
