        "content": "<p>PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Central Java (JBT) is increasing\nthe supply of 9 million three-kilogramme liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)\ncylinders for the 2026 Eid holiday period. In addition to Central Java,\nthe additional supply is also being distributed to the Special Region of\nYogyakarta (DIY).<\/p>\n<p>The total additional three-kilogramme LPG supply distributed by PT\nPertamina Patra Niaga Regional JBT amounts to 9,047,530 cylinders. A\ntotal of 8,225,930 cylinders have been allocated for the Central Java\nregion, whilst the remaining 821,600 cylinders are being distributed to\nYogyakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Total normal LPG consumption in Central Java and Yogyakarta reaches\n37,742,120 cylinders. This means the additional supply of 9 million\ncylinders is equivalent to approximately 24 per cent of normal\nconsumption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are ensuring that this additional LPG three-kilogramme supply can\nmaintain stock reliability in the field, particularly at the retail base\nlevel, so that the public does not need to worry about the availability\nof three-kilogramme LPG during Ramadan through Eid,\u201d stated Area Manager\nCommunication, Relations &amp; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for\nCentral Java at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Taufiq Kurniawan, in his\nstatement on Sunday (15\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The distribution of the additional 9 million three-kilogramme LPG\ncylinders is carried out in stages following the trend of increased\npublic consumption. Of the total 9 million cylinders, approximately 5.9\nmillion cylinders are included in facultative distribution, whilst the\nremaining 3.1 million cylinders are extra drops.<\/p>\n<p>Facultative distribution is replacement distribution carried out\nduring national holidays. Extra drops are additional supplies\ndistributed alongside regular distribution to strengthen stock\navailability in the field, particularly during periods of increased\npublic consumption.<\/p>\n<p>The details of facultative three-kilogramme LPG distribution in\nCentral Java and Yogyakarta are as follows: 1,181,680 cylinders on 17\nFebruary 2026; 1,573,600 cylinders on 19 March 2026; 1,573,600 cylinders\non 21 March 2026; and 1,573,600 cylinders on 3 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge the public to purchase three-kilogramme LPG at official\nPertamina retail bases. Not only is the stock guaranteed, but the price\nis also ensured to be in accordance with provisions set by the\ngovernment, which is a maximum retail price (HET) of Rp18,000,\u201d said\nTaufiq Kurniawan.<\/p>",
