        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2014 PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (ERAL), the issuer in which\nRebecca Halim \u2014 wife of Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan \u2014 is\nrecorded as the beneficial owner or controller, has sold 90.1% of the\nshares in PT Era Industri Otomotif to Xpeng International Holding (Hong\nKong) Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Following the transaction, ERAL\u2019s ownership in PT Era Industri\nOtomotif reduced from 99.99% to 9.9%. Xpeng\u2019s ownership increased from\nzero to 90.1%. However, the transaction value was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPT Era Industri Otomotif is an entity focused on the manufacture and\nassembly of electric vehicles in Indonesia,\u201d Stockbit Sekuritas said in\nits note on Monday, 18 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction forms part of a long-term strategic collaboration\nwith Xpeng to support the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem\nin Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>All Xpeng distribution, sales, and after-sales service activities in\nIndonesia will continue to be carried out by PT Era Inovasi Otomotif and\nPT Era Dealer Otomotif under ERAL\u2019s umbrella, so ERAL\u2019s business\noperations continue to run normally.<\/p>\n<p>Sinar Eka Selaras (ERAL) is a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk\n(ERAA), which is also controlled by Rebecca Halim. The issuer ERAL\nfocuses on the lifestyle-automotive segment.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, ERAL faced complex dynamics. The company posted a 34.1% jump\nin revenue to Rp 6.5 trillion, driven mainly by the debut of the\nautomotive segment which contributed Rp 827 billion from the\ndistribution of Xpeng electric cars.<\/p>\n<p>However, the growth did not translate into profitability.
