Soewandi and finance director Dorys Herlambang<br>\nhave been appointed commissioners of PT Agrakom Multi Citra<br>\nSiberkom, a local company that owns news portal www.detik.com.<\/p>\n<p>Agrakom also said on Thursday that analyst Wimar Witoelar and<br>\nPT Timah Tbk president Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas had been named<br>\ncommissioner and chairman of the board of commissioners,<br>\nrespectively.<\/p>\n<p>The company said the new board of commissioners was approved<br>\nduring a shareholders meeting on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Agrakom said the meeting had also agreed to establish an<br>\nexecutive committee to be chaired by Rini.
