        "content": "<p>The Attorney General\u2019s Office has named five suspects in an alleged\ncorruption case involving the management of the Free Nutritious Meal\n(MBG) programme. The AGO has also requested its regional offices to\nimmediately expose nutrition service units (SPPG) suspected of\ninvolvement in the case. \u201cThe Attorney General\u2019s Office will immediately\ninstruct the regions to promptly expose several SPPGs that are suspected\nof having indications or involvement,\u201d said AGO Head of Legal\nInformation Centre Anang Supriatna at the BPA AGO office in South\nJakarta on Monday (15\/6\/2026). Anang stated that investigators are still\nprobing the funds allegedly transferred by suspect Asep Yusuf Somantri\nto former Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Sony\nSonjaya, related to the alleged buying and selling of SPPG locations.\nAnang also has not yet disclosed the detailed roles of former BGN Head\nDadan Hindayana and former BGN Deputy Head Lodewyk Pusung in the case.\n\u201cThe future direction of the investigation strategy cannot be fully\nrevealed as it is still in the investigation stage. We cannot be open\nabout it yet; that is part of the case material,\u201d he said. Previously,\nthe AGO had named five suspects in the MBG management case for the\n2025-2026 period. The suspects include former BGN senior officials and a\nboss of a BGN electric motorcycle supplier. The list of suspects is as\nfollows: 1. Former BGN Head Dadan Hindayana; 2. Former BGN Deputy Head\nSony Sonjaya; 3. Former BGN Deputy Head Lodewyk Pusung; 4. Asep Yusuf\nSomantri, also known as AYS, a close associate of Sony; 5. Andri\nMulyono, Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (PT YAT).
