The appointment of this special team aims\nto maintain professionalism and avoid conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the AGO\u2019s Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna,\nexplained that the team consists of senior prosecutors from various\nfields. \u2018We will work professionally in accordance with the applicable\nlegal mechanisms and procedures, while upholding the principle of\npresumption of innocence,\u2019 Anang stated on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>He highlighted that most of the team members have track records at\nthe Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The case implicating FA was\ntransferred from the National Police. On Saturday, the police handed\nover three major cases to the AGO: alleged corruption in coal\ngovernance, corruption at PT Asabri and PT Jiwasraya for the 2020-2025\nperiod, and alleged money laundering related to the settlement of PT\nCBS\u2019s debt to PT KNI.<\/p>\n<p>The formation of this special team is a form of synergy between the\nPolice and the AGO.
