        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 The investigation into the alleged corruption in the\nmanagement of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) programme at the National\nNutrition Agency (BGN) is still ongoing. As the investigation has not\nyet been completed, the Attorney General\u2019s Office (Kejagung) has decided\nto extend the detention period of three main suspects in the case. They\nare former BGN Head Dadan Hindayana, former BGN Deputy Head Sony\nSonjaya, and former BGN Deputy Head Lodewyk Pusung. The Head of the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna,\nconfirmed that investigators have applied for the extension of their\ndetention. \u201cThe investigators have extended (the detention period for\nDadan Hindayana and the others),\u201d Anang said on Thursday, 25 June 2026.\nAccording to Anang, the detention period for the three suspects has been\nextended by 40 days. The extension request was submitted by\ninvestigators to the Public Prosecutor. To date, the Attorney General\u2019s\nOffice has named six suspects in the alleged corruption case concerning\nthe management of the Free Nutritious Meals Programme within the BGN. In\naddition to Dadan Hindayana, Sony Sonjaya, and Lodewyk Pusung,\ninvestigators have also named Asep Yusuf Somantri, a close associate of\nSony Sonjaya, PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal Commissioner Andri Mulyono, and\nthe Chairperson of the Indonesia Food Security Review Foundation, Glory\nHarimas Sihombing. In this case, investigators suspect the suspects\nengaged in various irregularities in the procurement of goods and\nservices to support the implementation of the MBG Programme.<\/p>",
