        "content": "<p>The Attorney General\u2019s Office (Kejagung) is continuing its\ninvestigation into the alleged criminal act of corruption in the\ngovernance of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) programme at the National\nNutrition Agency (BGN) for 2025 to 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Attorney General\u2019s Office Legal Information Centre, Anang\nSupriatna, explained that the team of investigating prosecutors at the\nDirectorate of Investigation of the Junior Attorney General for Special\nCrimes (Jampidsus) summoned 16 witnesses on Monday, 10 August 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation team summoned 16 witnesses in connection with the\ncase of alleged corruption in the governance of the MBG programme at\nBGN,\u201d said Anang to reporters.<\/p>\n<p>The witnesses examined included MNH and IDMAKN as technical experts\nat BGN, MK as an SPPG partner in Pejaten Barat, and GW as finance staff\nat PT NGS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlso examined were the directors of PT MDT, PT AJS, PT WMB, PT ACG,\nPT BCS, PT BMA, PT EC, PT SSA, PT MHT, PT MTS, the PRL Foundation, and\nthe chairpersons of the HJC and HJM foundations,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>Anang stated that the examination was conducted to strengthen the\nevidence and complete the case file in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation process will continue to be carried out\nprofessionally, independently, and accountably while upholding the\npresumption of innocence and the precautionary principle,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Attorney General\u2019s Office named former Head of the\nNational Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, and former Deputy Head\nof the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Sonny Sanjaya, as well as\nLodewyk Pusung, as suspects in the alleged corruption case involving\nirregularities in the governance of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG)\nprogramme at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) in 2025\u20132026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn this day, Wednesday, 3 July 2026, the investigation team at the\nJunior Attorney General for Special Crimes of the Attorney General\u2019s\nOffice of the Republic of Indonesia, after conducting a series of\ninvestigations, has today named three suspects in the case of alleged\ncorruption involving irregularities in the governance of the Free\nNutritious Meals or MBG programme at the National Nutrition Agency or\nBGN in 2025 to 2026,\u201d said Acting Head of the Attorney General\u2019s Office\nLegal Information Centre, Jefri Fernando, at the Attorney General\u2019s\nOffice, Wednesday, 3 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>For their actions, the suspects are charged with violating Articles\n603 and 604 in conjunction with Article 20 of Law Number 31 of 1999, and\nLaw Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code.<\/p>",
