        "content": "<p>PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance (CIMB Niaga Finance) demonstrated business\nresilience throughout 2025 amid challenging economic dynamics. This was\nrevealed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on 6\nApril 2026 at Griya CIMB Niaga, South Tangerang.<\/p>\n<p>During the agenda, shareholders approved the 2025 Annual Report and\naccepted the Board of Commissioners\u2019 supervisory report on the\nDirectors\u2019 performance for that period.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the AGM ratified the 2025 financial statements audited\nby the public accounting firm Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto &amp; Rekan. Based\non the audit results dated 11 March 2026, the statements received an\nunqualified opinion.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2025, CIMB Niaga Finance recorded revenue of Rp2.23\ntrillion, an increase of 9.31% from the previous year\u2019s Rp2.04 trillion.\nThis performance was supported by total asset growth of 6.04% to Rp11.46\ntrillion. Meanwhile, total assets under management also rose by 3.93% to\nRp13.66 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of profitability, the company\u2019s net profit reached Rp322.75\nbillion. The dynamics and slowdown in the\nfinancing industry\u2019s growth in 2025 were felt across the entire sector,\nnot just by CNAF. However, CNAF succeeded in maintaining adaptive,\nresilient, and competitive performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018CNAF successfully booked total new financing disbursements for 2025\nat Rp9.25 trillion. This achievement simultaneously strengthens CNAF\u2019s\nposition in the industry.
