        "content": "<p>Benoa Port in Denpasar, Bali, resumed operations on Friday at 07:00\nWITA, precisely one hour after reopening following a 24-hour closure\nduring the Sacred Nyepi Day 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPelindo ensures that port operations can resume optimally after the\nNyepi period, while continuing to support the smooth flow of\nrepatriation and tourism activities,\u201d said General Manager of Benoa Port\nAnak Agung Gede Agung Mataram in Denpasar on Friday (20\/3\/2026), as\nquoted by Antara.<\/p>\n<p>The cruise ship MS Volendam was the first to dock at Benoa Port after\nNyepi.<\/p>\n<p>This 237-metre-long cruise ship carried 975 passengers and 617 crew\nmembers serving the route from Australia to Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Agung added that his team had made arrangements to ensure the smooth\ntransportation for repatriation and cruise ships before and after\nNyepi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOperational adjustments were made while prioritising aspects of\nsafety, security, and the smooth service for ships and passengers,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>During the establishment of the Lebaran transportation post for 2026,\nthe repatriation flow at Benoa was served by three ships owned by\nstate-owned enterprise Pelni.<\/p>\n<p>The Lebaran transportation at Benoa Port was served by three fleets,\nnamely KM Awu, Tilongkabila, and Binaiya.<\/p>\n<p>Based on preliminary projection data for the period from 7 March 2026\nto 7 April 2026, Benoa Port is projected to serve around 4,480\npassengers with a total of eight ship visits.<\/p>\n<p>The projection is a decrease compared to the Lebaran transportation\nperiod in 2025, when Benoa Port served 7,424 passengers.<\/p>",
