        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The West Jakarta City Government (Pemkot Jakbar)\nopened an administrative post in the affected residents\u2019 kampung in\nPegadungan and Kamal sub-districts, Kalideres district, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant for Economy and Development of West Jakarta, Imron Sjahrin,\nexplained that the post was opened to serve the needs of residents\naffected by the second phase of relocation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe post handles the administrative needs of the relocated\nresidents, including the school needs of their children,\u201d Imron said at\nthe location on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that the land cleared of settlements is an asset owned by\nthe DKI Jakarta Parks and City Forest Service (Tamhut), namely SHP\n484.<\/p>\n<p>Imron mentioned that the relocation process not only moves the\nresidents but also all furniture and household items.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs for the 89 households, some are relocated independently, while 8\nhouseholds we transport, move, and deliver to Indramayu, to their home\nvillages,\u201d Imron said.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival at the flats, the residents can immediately occupy their\nrespective units as the key handover has already been carried out.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 26 open-bed trucks and seven buses were deployed to\ntransport the residents and furniture during the relocation process.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Imron said there are still about 11 households currently\nresiding on the TPU land.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe remaining 11 households are still being approached until 5\nApril. After 5 April, we will carry out forced demolition in accordance\nwith the warnings 1, 2, and 3 that we have issued,\u201d Imron said.<\/p>\n<p>The total number of residents relocated in this second phase reaches\n128 households or 606 people.<\/p>\n<p>Details: 103 households from Kamal sub-district and 25 households\nfrom Pegadungan sub-district.<\/p>\n<p>Of that number, 17 households are relocated to several rental flats\n(Rusunawa), while the other 111 households undergo independent\nrelocation.<\/p>\n<p>The targeted flats are Rusunawa PIK Pegadungan, Rusunawa Pesakih,\nRusunawa Tegal Alur, Rusunawa Rawa Buaya, and Rusunawa Nagrak.<\/p>",
