The reduction of ADHI\u2019s 18 business entities will be carried out in\nstages.<\/p>\n
The Head of BP BUMN and COO of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, has met with\nthe management team. During the meeting, he emphasised the importance of\nreturning ADHI to its core business as a professional contracting\ncompany, with work quality as one of the primary priorities.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy hope is that the result of all the processes we undertake will\nmake Adhi healthy, allowing us to focus solely on being a contractor\nwith high quality,\u201d said Dely, quoting the official BP BUMN Instagram\naccount on Friday (4\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n
In line with these efforts, Dony asserted that the simplification of\nthe business structure and the cessation of new subsidiary formations\nmust be implemented, as they can lead to unhealthy financial\nperformance.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe see that every time a new subsidiary is created, problems arise.\nTherefore, we must stop; there should be no more new subsidiaries,\u201d he\nstated.<\/p>\n
The completion of the financial restructuring is targeted for\nSeptember 2026. This effort is a vital part of strengthening the\ncompany\u2019s foundation and supporting ADHI\u2019s future business\nsustainability.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Dony and ADHI management also discussed cases involving\nits subsidiaries in the property sector, including PT Adhi Commuter\nProperti Tbk. This entity will undergo a thorough due diligence process.\nThe results of this due diligence will serve as the basis for\ndetermining the best course of action regarding its business and\nassets.<\/p>\n
