        "content": "<p>ADB loans for Cambodia<\/p>\n<p>MANILA (AFP): The Asian Development Bank (ADB) said it had<br>\napproved a total of US$70 million in soft loans to Cambodia for<br>\nmajor projects.<\/p>\n<p>The largest loan, totaling $30 million, would support the<br>\nCambodian government's agricultural reforms, including the<br>\nintroduction of new technology, better access to agricultural<br>\ninputs and improved food sufficiency.<\/p>\n<p>A technical assistance grant of $1.5 million would help the<br>\ngovernment prepare reform measures for the agricultural program,<br>\nthe bank said in a statement issued from its headquarters in the<br>\nPhilippines.<\/p>\n<p>Another $20-million loan would go to a project to strengthen<br>\nbasic health services in Cambodia through improved management and<br>\nprivate sector involvement, the ADB said in a statement.<\/p>",
