        "content": "<p>Activists resume training after arrest<\/p>\n<p>MEDAN, North Sumatra: Activists of the independent Indonesian<br>\nProsperous Labor Union (SBSI) resumed training on Sunday, two<br>\ndays after being arrested on charges of organizing an<br>\nunauthorized meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Police on Friday dispersed the meeting, which started last<br>\nWednesday and was scheduled to last through to this Friday, when<br>\none of the union officials, Rekson Silaban, was to give a<br>\npresentation about the birth of the International Labor<br>\nOrganization.<\/p>\n<p>The activists were brought to the Medan police headquarters<br>\nfor questioning. The activists, including Amosi Telaumbanua, were<br>\namong those who had been arrested or jailed for involvement in a<br>\nracially-charged labor riot in Medan last year.<\/p>\n<p>They were released on Saturday and resumed the training on<br>\nSunday in Sibolangit, 45 kilometers south of Medan. SBSI chairman<br>\nMuchtar Pakpahan was scheduled to address the gathering; he was<br>\nto speak on, among others, \"the tactics of the SBSI struggle\".<\/p>\n<p>Police in Medan were not available for confirmation.
