        "content": "<p>Action against provocateurs<\/p>\n<p>From DR<\/p>\n<p>The recent escalation in intensity and frequency of social<br>\nunrest in Maluku, West Kalimantan and some other places across<br>\nthe country may be the result of the government's lack of<br>\nfirmness and consistency in discovering and taking action against<br>\nprovocateurs.<\/p>\n<p>The government always blames provocateurs for the outbreaks of<br>\na riot in Tasikmalaya, the \"Ninja\"-like killing spree in<br>\nBanjuwangi, a riot in Ketapang (Jakarta) and a massacre in<br>\nKupang, East Nusa Tenggara, but it has never identified who the<br>\nprovocateurs are.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, a situation fraught with uncertainties has given<br>\nbirth to mental vulnerability and apprehension on the part of the<br>\ncommunity, a condition easily triggering the manifestation of<br>\ndestructive emotions.
