        "content": "<p>A 22-year-old Indonesian Migrant Worker (PMI) from Gampong Alur\nManis, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh, named Putri Hensy Aprilda, and her\nnewborn baby, just a few days old, have reportedly died and are\nsuspected to be victims of murder in Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. The\nsuspect is believed to be a Malaysian woman, according to information\nreceived from the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Kuala Lumpur. Haji Uma, a\nmember of the Indonesian Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) from\nAceh, stated that details of the case were obtained from the Police\nAttach\u00e9 at KBRI Kuala Lumpur and the Aceh Bersatu Joint Team (GAB) in\nMalaysia, who are currently searching for the victim\u2019s family based on\nidentification results from the National Police\u2019s Criminal Investigation\nAgency (Bareskrim Polri) Identification Centre (Pusident). Following up\non the information, he coordinated with the Aceh Tamiang Regency\nGovernment to trace the family of the victim, who was allegedly murdered\non 3 June 2026 in the Sepang area of Selangor. The victim\u2019s baby was\nfound by local residents and taken to Klang Hospital, but had already\npassed away. The infant\u2019s body is currently at Shah Alam Hospital. The\nperpetrator was apprehended on 19 June 2026 and is undergoing legal\nproceedings under applicable Malaysian law. Initial investigations point\nto a suspected motive of debt. The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM)\nreportedly has strong evidence related to the crime. If found guilty,\nthe perpetrator could face the maximum penalty under Malaysian law,\nwhich is the death penalty or life imprisonment. KBRI Kuala Lumpur will\ncontinue to oversee the investigation process by the PDRM and coordinate\nthe handling of the victims\u2019 remains. Haji Uma has assigned the GAB\nMalaysia Team to assist with the repatriation of Putri Hensy\u2019s body,\nwhich is at Serdang Hospital in Selangor, and her baby\u2019s body at Shah\nAlam Hospital. The team in Malaysia has been asked to accompany the\nentire process of handling the remains until repatriation to their\nhometown, with ongoing coordination with KBRI Kuala Lumpur to ensure the\nprocess runs smoothly.
